The ToF system has a wide range of applications, including automatic driving, 3D reconstruction, and intelligent robot navigation, more. However, implementing time-of-flight (ToF) systems for measuring real-time distances objects with varying surface reflectance poses challenge. reflectivity object surfaces results in fluctuations the amplitude reflected pulse, causing input overdrive voltage to comparator vary widely. It is challenge achieve low propagation delay small overdrive. To address this issue, paper proposes rail-to-rail high speed continuous time new optimization circuit. circuit comprises an clamp improved class-AB stage clamping function, enabling faster charging discharging parasitic capacitances. As result, reduced. was designed simulated 3.3 V, 0.35 µm CMOS process. simulation indicate static power consumption 10.56 mW. For 5 mV overdrive, maximum approximately 9.6 ns.
